Export Control Compliance Statement

Hangzhou Magnet Power Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has always regarded lawful and compliant operations as the foundation of its business development. Since its establishment, the Company has strictly complied with the Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items of the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations, diligently fulfilling its export control compliance obligations.

The Company hereby solemnly commits that:

• In the export of rare-earth permanent magnet materials and related products, the Company shall strictly refer to the Dual-Use Items Export Control List, apply to the Ministry of Commerce for the Dual-Use Items and Technology Export License for all controlled items, and ensure that every export transaction is lawful and compliant. No export shall be made without authorization.
• The Company has established an Export Control Compliance Management Committee and a dedicated compliance department, and has formulated and implemented the Internal Compliance System for Dual-Use Items Export Control, covering the entire process of customer due diligence, product identification and classification, contract review, license application, transportation, and customs declaration. A mandatory operational red line of “identify first, apply second, export third” has been established.
• III. The Company strictly reviews the end-user and end-use for every export transaction, requiring customers to provide authentic and complete supporting documents. The Company firmly refuses to export to sanctioned entities and resolutely prevents exported items from being used in sensitive applications such as weapons of mass destruction.
• The Company actively cooperates with the supervision and inspection of competent authorities including the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs, voluntarily fulfills its information reporting obligations, and accepts regulatory oversight and guidance.

The Company deeply understands that export control compliance bears on national strategic security. CJL Magnet will always uphold the principles of lawful operation and compliant development, taking concrete actions to safeguard national interests and contribute to the healthy development of the industry.
